Fax Settings > Default fax settings Default fax settings This section explains the fax settings in the system menu. Operation method The system menu is operated as follows: 1 Display the screen. Select the [System Menu/Counter] key. 2 Select a function. NOTE If the login user name entry screen appears during operations, log in by referring to the machine's Operation Guide for Administrator User Name and Password. The factory default login user name and login password are set as shown below.
