When the seasoning process is complete, the remaining time will show "0 hours" and the temperature will be set to "Mid" for the selected Kimchi type. When the fermenting process is complete, press the Lock/Unlock button to turn off the LED showing "Remaining 0 hours". Fermentation is canceled after powre failure, and it is set to keep Kimchi fresh. 22
