Cycle is not selected. Power supply is not connected. Water is not supplied. Fuse is blown out. Cold water is supplied. Remaining water inside from the last cycle Drain hose is bent or clogged. Recommended Actions Check the door is completely closed and latched. Select the desired cycle. Connect power supply properly. Check water faucet. Replace fuse or reset circuit breaker. Check hot water faucet is connected (Heating water takes it longer). Operate Quick Wash cycle with detergents without loading dishes. Straight hose. Improper cycle selection Water temperature is low. Dishwashing detergent was not used. Low inlet water pressure Water jet holes of spray arms blocked. Improper dish loading Select right cycle based on dish types and soil toughness. Use hot water faucet. Use recommended detergents. Water pressure should range between 20 ~ 120psi. Clean the arm. Dishes shouldn' t interrupt arm rotation and detergent dispensing. Low water temperature Supplied water temperature should be minimum 120 for the best washing performance. Too much detergent used Reduce detergent amount. See page 15. Overloading Load the proper amount of dishes. Improper loading Rearrange dishes referring to photos on pages 12 and 13. Insufficient water pressure Check water pressure is above 20 PSI. Insufficient detergent Increase the detergent amount. See page 15. Rinse aid dispenser empty. Refill the rinse aid dispenser. Extremly hard water The best way to eliminate spots on your dishes is to install a whole house water softener in your home. If a water softener is already installed or you do not plan on installing one, try adding an "Extra Rinse" option as part of the wash cycle to help minimize this condition. To add an Extra Rinse to the cycle, select the wash cycle then press extra rinse. Note: When selecting the "Extra Rinse" cycle times and water usage will be increased from normal use. To remove hard water build up in tub Remove all dishes, silverware and silverware holder from the dishwasher. Only the racks should remain in the tub. Fill a measuring cup with white vinegar approximately 14~17ounces(400~500mL), place the measuring cup in the lower rack. Run a "Normal" cycle and select "Extra Rinse" and "Sanitary", then close the door. DO NOT USE ANY DETERGENT Note: Make sure to let the dishwasher complete the entire cycle. The best way to eliminate spots on your dishes is to install a whole house water softener in your home.
If a water softener is already installed or you do not plan on installing one,
try adding an “Extra Rinse” option as part of the wash cycle to help minimize this condition.
To add an Extra Rinse to the cycle, select the wash cycle then press extra rinse.
Note: When selecting the “Extra Rinse” cycle times and
water usage will be increased from normal use.
Remove all dishes, silverware and silverware holder from the dishwasher. Only the racks should remain in the tub.
Fill a measuring cup with white vinegar approximately 14~17ounces(400~500mL), place the measuring cup in the
lower rack.
Run a “Normal” cycle and select “Extra Rinse” and “Sanitary”, then close the door.
DO NOT USE ANY DETERGENT
Note: Make sure to let the dishwasher complete the entire cycle. The cleaning method should only be done as
needed.
