1. Plug the power cord into the power jack on the USB Port Replicator. Then plug the AC adapter into a working electrical outlet. v The power indicator on the front of the USB Port Replicator glows amber when the Port Replicator is powered on but is not connected to your notebook computer. v Always keep the USB Port Replicator connected to the AC adapter supplied with the product. When the AC adapter is not connected to the USB Port Replicator, the video capabilities are not supported and the performance of other devices connected to the ports of the USB Port Replicator might be limited. Note: Your USB Port Replicator does not power your notebook computer when they are connected. 2.
