- Select the Playback tab, and then select a device that is not USB Audio. - Select the Recording tab, and then select a device that is not USB Audio. v For Window XP, select the Audio tab, and then, under Sound Playback and Sound Recording, select a device that is not USB Audio. Note: To enable this change, close the application currently using the audio device and restart it. If you set the system audio as default audio device, the Audio ports of your USB Port Replicator will be disabled. To enable the Audio ports of the USB Port Replicator: 1. Open the Control Panel, select Sounds > Audio Devices. 2. Do the following: v For Windows Vista: - Select the Playback tab, and then select a device that is USB Audio device. - Select the Recording tab, and then select a device that is USB Audio device. v For Windows XP, select the Audio tab, and then, under Sound Playback and under Sound Recording, select a device that is USB Audio device Note: To enable this change, close the application currently using the audio device and restart it. 8 Lenovo Enhanced USB Port Replicator User's Guide
