To install the new system fan: a. Line up the new system fan with the mounting holes on the chassis and place it into position. b. Secure the new system fan with the 3 screws. c. Connect the new system fan power cable to the connector on the motherboard. Step 9. Reattach the computer cover. Note: It may be helpful to place the computer face-down on a soft flat surface for this procedure. Step 5.
Remove the 3 screws that secure the system fan to the motherboard.
Step 6.
Disconnect the system fan power cables from the motherboard.
Step 7.
Remove the system fan by lifting it up.
Step 8.
To install the new system fan:
a.

Step 9.
