Upgrading the hard disk drive To replace the hard disk drive, do the following. 1. Turn off the computer; then disconnect the ac adapter and all cables from the computer. 2. Close the computer display, and turn the computer over. 3. Remove the battery. 4. Remove the screw that secures the hard disk drive. 5. Open the computer display; then stand the computer on its side and remove the hard disk drive by pulling the cover away from the computer. 6. Detach the cover from the hard disk drive. 2 1 7. To
replace
the

disk
drive,
do
the
following.
1.
Turn
off
the
computer

then
