Using MFP menus Menu item Protect Menus Create/Change Passwords Purpose Values and descriptions These security menu items are always password protected when either an Advanced Password or a User Password is set. If both passwords are set, only the Advanced Password is valid. If both the Advanced and User Passwords are set, only the Advanced Password is valid for security.
