See page 36 to activate Wi-Fi LEARN mode. Cannot connect garage door opener to home Wi-Fi network: • Ensure the myQ® Serial number was entered correctly and try again. The myQ® characters are between A-F and 0-9 only. • Weak Wi-Fi signal in the garage. Ensure the Wi-Fi signal is reaching the garage, see page 4 or visit LiftMaster.com/Customer-Support for more information.
