You can change the language only if multiple languages are available on the DVD. 1 Press AUDIO during playback so the audio display appears at the top of the TV screen. Press AUDIO repeatedly until you select your desired language. POWER REPEAT A-B OPEN/ CLOSE DISPLAY SKIP PAUSE 1 2 4 5 7 8 CLEAR 0 AUDIO 3 SUBTITLE 6 ANGLE 9 SEARCH MODE +10 1 Helpful Hints • If a desired language is not available after pressing AUDIO several times, the DVD does not have that language. • The display will disappear after about five seconds. • Some DVDs only allow you to change the language in the Disc menu. • If you are using the COAXIAL jack, changing the sound mode is not applicable. Details are on pages 11 and 13. • For some Audio languages, three dashes (- - -) may appear instead of a three-letter abbreviation for the language (ENG, FRE, etc.).

Audio Language
The DVD Player allows you to select a language for DVDs
during playback. You can change the language only if multiple
languages are available on the DVD.

Press AUDIO during playback so the audio dis-
