CYCLE GUIDE Settings and options shown in bold are default settings for that cycle. For best fabric care, choose the cycle, options, and settings that best fit the load being washed. Not all settings are available with each cycle, and some options cannot be used together. NOTES: n Not all cycles, temperatures, and options are available on all models. n All wash temperature selections feature a cold rinse. n Not all temperatures, spin speeds, or soil levels are labeled on the control panel. Check recommended wash temperature of your items and use the amount of Oxi recommended by the manufacturer. For small loads (3- 4 items) needed quickly. This cycle combines highspeed tumbling, a shortened wash time, and an extra-high-speed spin for reduced drying times. The wash action of this cycle is designed to keep large items from tangling and balling up. High-speed tumbling and an extrahigh-speed final spin help provide optimal cleaning and reduce drying times. † Sanitize with Oxi n This washer has a Sanitize with Oxi Cycle that eliminates 99.9% of bacteria typically found on clothing, bedding, and towels, based on independent, third-party laboratory testing. There is no carryover of bacteria between loads after the cycle is complete. n Use the Sanitize with Oxi Cycle to clean heavily soiled, colorfast fabrics. This combines the hottest water temperature to help ensure the removal of heavy soils and stains. It is recommended that you set your hot water heater to 120°F (49°C) to ensure proper performance during this cycle. Load Size Recommendations For best results, follow the load size recommendations noted for each cycle. Small load: Fill the washer drum with 3-4 items, not more than 1/4 full. Medium load: Fill the washer drum up to about 1/2 full. Large load: Fill the washer drum up to about 3/4 full. Extra-large load: Fill the washer drum, but make sure clothes can tumble freely. For best results, avoid packing tightly. 8
