The higher the level, the higher the cooking temperature. Connection to a 208 V power supply. Connection to a 220 V power supply. Connection to a 240 V power supply.  * Select   and press OK for approx. 4 seconds. When appears in the display the demo mode is deactivated.   Select   and press OK for approx. 4 seconds. When appears in the display the demo mode is active. The oven can be operated, but the oven heating system will not work. Do not use this setting for personal use. * Factory default 32
