See the mobile PhoneTools user's guide for more information. BVRP mobile PhoneTools software is designed to synchronize with basic features of many popular Personal Information Management (PIM) software and hardware products. • Due to a known Microsoft® Windows® USB driver issue, a computer running Windows 2000 with Service Pack 1 or Service Pack 2 will not recognize a Memory card (TransFlash™) inserted into your phone when you attempt to transfer or synchronize data between your phone and computer through a USB cable connection. Use a Motorola Original USB cable to connect your phone to the external device. Open the protective cover and plug the USB cable into the USB connector port on your phone as shown. Plug the other end of the cable into the USB port on the device. Insert USB Cable Here Note: Not all devices are compatible with a cable connection. Check your computer or hand-held device to determine the type of cable you need. 118 Getting More Out Of Your Phone
