Reset the headset by pressing and holding the Call button and selecting "Reset to Factory Condition" in Settings. You then hear "Welcome to the Motorola H19txt. Ready to pair.". Follow the pair & connect instructions on page 10. My headset connected before, but now it's not working. Make sure your phone is on and the Bluetooth® feature is on.
