touch sensitive buttons When the flip is closed, press any side key to briefly activate the touch sensitive buttons. (The buttons turn off after a few seconds if you do not use them.) Turn off your phone whenever instructed to do so by airline staff. Use standalone mode to turn off your phone's calling features in locations where wireless phone use is prohibited. You cannot make or receive calls or use Bluetooth in standalone mode, but you can use your phone's other non-calling features. 1 Press the Center Select key (s) to open the menu. 2 Use the Navigation key (S) to scroll to ( SETTINGS & TOOLS and press the Center Select key (s). 3 Scroll to Phone Settings and press the Center Select key (s) (OK). 4 Press Center Select key (s) to select Standalone Mode. basics 23
