You will need the appropriate clothes for exercise that allow you to move freely. Console The Console provides important information about your workout and lets you control the resistance levels while you exercise. The Console has a grid display with touch control buttons to navigate you through the exercise programs. Power-Up Mode The Console will enter POWER-UP mode if it is plugged into a power source, any button is pushed, or if it receives an indication from the RPM sensor as a result of pedaling the machine. 24
