TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE Check the followings before requesting service SYMPTOM POSSIBLE CAUSE Power adapter not connected No power The unit is in Standby mode Volume in minimum position No sound Remote control not working AUX 1 / AUX 2 not working The connected device is not in payback mode Sound output of the device weak The batteries in the remote control are exhausted Wrong source is selected Wrong source is selected No response from Bluetooth source The unit is connected with another Bluetooth device The connected device is Deactivated POSSIBLE SOULTION Connect the adapter Press the Standby button on the unit or remote control to power on the unit. Raise volume level by pressing the VOL (Volume)+Button Play the music/movie in the connected device Raise volume level of the connected device Replace with new battery Press source button until indicator turns green(AUX 1 ) / orange (AUX 2) Press source button until indicator turns Blue Disconnect the connection and retry.
