How to listen to messages when You're not at home For standard touch tone phones Step 1 Lift the receiver. Step 2 Dial 133 321. Step 3 Enter your VoiceMail number (your phone number including area code) followed by # . For example, if your phone number is (02) 1234 5678, enter all numbers followed by # . Step 4 Enter your PIN, followed by # . Remember, every time you access your VoiceMail box from another fixed line phone you will be charged the 13/1300 call rate, no matter where you call from within Australia.
