VoiceMail user Options To change your personal greeting Your personal greeting is what your callers initially hear when they access your VoiceMail box. You will have recorded this message when you accessed VoiceMail for the first time. It can be up to 60 seconds long and the good news is you can change it whenever, and wherever, you like. Step 1 Enter your VoiceMail box. Step 2 Press 8 for User Options. Step 3 Press 4 for Set Up Options. Step 4 Press 4 to change your personal greeting, then simply follow the prompts. Handy Hint A caller can skip your personal greeting and go directly to the tone to record their message by dialling # .
