The Shooting Menu (Common Across Shooting Modes) Image Mode (Image Size and Quality) Enter shooting mode M d button M Image mode M k button Select the combination of image size and compression ratio to be used when saving images. The higher the image mode setting, the larger the size at which it can be printed, and the lower the compression ratio, the higher the quality of the images, but the number of images that can be saved is reduced. The setting is also applied to other shooting modes. Example: P 4608×3456 = approx. 16 megapixels, 4608 × 3456 pixels B Notes About Printing Images at 1:1 Aspect Ratio Change the printer setting to "Border" when printing images at a 1:1 aspect ratio. Some printers may not be able to print images at a 1:1 aspect ratio.
