Note that formatting the memory card or the camera's internal memory permanently deletes all data including protected files (A141). Still images can be rotated 90 degrees clockwise or 90 degrees counterclockwise. Select an image from the image selection screen (A99). When the Rotate image screen is displayed, press the multi selector JK to rotate the image 90 degrees.
