Troubleshooting Problem Nikon Transfer does not start when camera is connected. Pictures to be printed are not displayed. Cannot select paper size with camera. Cause/Solution • Camera is off. • Battery is exhausted. • USB cable is not correctly connected. • Camera is not recognized by the computer. • If your computer is running Windows 2000 Professional, your camera cannot be connected. • Computer is not set to launch Nikon Transfer automatically. For more information on Nikon Transfer, refer to help information contained in Nikon Transfer. Memory card contains no pictures. Replace memory card. Remove memory card to print pictures from internal memory. Paper size cannot be selected from the camera if the printer does not support the page sizes used by the camera, or the printer automatically selects the page size.
