Troubleshooting Playback Problem File cannot be played back. Cannot zoom in on picture. Cannot record or play back voice memos. Cannot use quick retouch, D-Lighting, skin softening, small picture, or crop. Pictures not displayed on television. Album icon restored to default settings, or pictures added to album not displayed in favorite pictures playback. The recorded pictures are not displayed in auto sort mode. Cause/Solution A File or folder was overwritten or renamed by computer or other make of camera. - Playback zoom cannot be used with movies, small pictures, or pictures that have been - cropped to a size of 320 × 240 or smaller. • Voice memos cannot be attached to movies. 83 • Voice memos cannot be attached to images 72 taken with other cameras.
