3 Notes on continuous flash operation (in close-up flash operation (using cords)) To prevent the SB-R200 from overheating, allow the SB-R200 to cool down for at least 10 minutes after the maximum number of continuous firings have been performed as shown in the table below. CAUTION Do not exceed the maximum number of continuous firings, as this may cause the flash head to overheat and can result in burns and damage to the flash panel and body.
