Page 14 highlights

• PIN2 code: This code may be supplied with the SIM card and is required to access some functions, such as charging unit counters. • PUK and PUK2 codes: These codes may be supplied with the SIM card. If this is not the case, contact your service provider. • Barring password: This code is needed when using the Call barring service function in the Security settings menu. ■ Shared memory The following features in this phone may share memory: contacts list; text and multimedia messages; images and ringing tones in the Gallery menu; voice recorder; calendar notes, and JavaTM games and applications. Using any such features may reduce the memory available for any features sharing memory. This is especially true with heavy use of any of the features. For example, saving many images may take all of the shared memory and your phone may display a message that the memory is full. In this case, delete some of the information or entries stored in the shared memory features before continuing. You can check the amount of free and used shared memory with the Memory status function in the Phone settings menu, see page 74. ■ Downloading content and applications You may be able to download new content (for example images and ringing tones) and Java applications from Internet sites into the phone (network service).
