Troubleshooting • Select On receiving msg.→ Defer retrieval if you want the multimedia messaging centre to save the message to be retrieved later, for example, after you have checked the settings. After this change, the game deck still needs to send information notes to the network. To retrieve the message later, select Retr. immediately. • Select Onreceivingmsg.→ Rejectmessage - if you want to reject all incoming multimedia messages. After this change, the game deck needs to send information notes to the network and the multimedia messaging centre will delete all multimedia messages that are waiting to be sent to you. • Select Multimedia reception→ Off - if you want to ignore all incoming multimedia messages. If necessary delete some music tracks from the memory card. Games • Q: Why can I not play the selected game? A: Check that the correct memory card for the selected game is installed. Messaging • Q: Why can I not select a contact? A: If you cannot select a contact in the Contacts directory, the contact card does not have a phone number or an email address. Add the missing information to the contact card in the Contacts application. Calendar • Q: Why are the week numbers missing? A: If you have changed the Calendar settings so that the week will start on some other day than Monday then the week numbers will not be shown.
