HOW TO OPERATE THE EXERCISE CYCLE HOW TO ADJUST THE PEDAL STRAPS To adjust the pedal straps, first pull the ends of the straps off the tabs on the pedals. Adjust the straps to the desired position, and then press the ends of the straps back onto the tabs. Pedal Strap Tab HOW TO ADJUST THE SEAT The seat can be adjusted forward or backward to the position that is the most comfortable for you. To adjust the seat, push down on the seat handle, slide the seat to the desired position, and then pull up on the seat handle to lock the seat in place. Seat Handle HOW TO ADJUST THE UPRIGHT The upright can be adjusted to the posi- tion that is the most comfortable for you. To adjust the upright, first raise the upright so that it is not resting on the upright knob. Next, Upright Knob turn the upright knob clockwise or counterclockwise to raise or lower it.
