5. Cut the tie securing the wires to the right Upright (20). Have a second person hold the console assembly near the 5 Uprights. Connect the Upright Wire Harness (73) and the Console Pulse Wire (74) to the wires extending from the console as- Assembly sembly. The connectors should slide together easily and snap into place. If they do not, turn one connector and try again. Then, insert the connectors into the console Ground Wire 74 assembly. If necessary, remove the right accessory tray (not shown) from the console assembly. 113 Next, connect the Upright Ground Wire (113) to the ground wire extending from the console assembly. Make 73 sure that the wires are fully inserted into each other. 73 Then, insert the ground wires into the console assembly. Reinsert the right accessory tray (not shown) into the con- 20 74 sole assembly if necessary. 6. Set the console assembly on the Uprights (20). Make sure that no wires are pinched. Finger tighten a Console Bolt (72) with a Star Washer (67) into the lower hole in the right Upright. Repeat with the left Upright. Next, finger tighten a Short Console Bolt (112) with a Star Washer (67) into the upper hole in the right Upright (20). Be careful not to drop the Short Console Bolt into the right Upright. Repeat with the left Upright. Then, firmly tighten the two Console Bolts (72) and the two Short Console Bolts. Insert an Upright Endcap (71) into the top of the right Upright (20). (Note: Insert the end of the Upright Endcap indicated by the arrow first; use a rubber mallet if necessary.) Repeat with the left Upright. 6 71 20 67 112 67 72 Console Assembly 7. Slide the two Upright Covers (75) onto the lower ends of the Handrails (68, 70). Next, align the slots in the lower ends of the Handrails with the holes in the Uprights (20) as shown. Do not drop the Handrails into the Uprights or cut the indicated black tie. 7 68 Next, finger tighten four Handrail Bolts (66) with Star Washers (67) into the Handrails (68, 70) and the Uprights 75 (20). Cut the tie securing the wires to the right Upright (20).
Have a second person hold the console assembly near the
Uprights. Connect the Upright Wire Harness (73) and the
Pulse Wire (74) to the wires extending from the console as-
sembly.
The connectors should slide together easily
and snap into place. If they do not, turn one connector
and try again.
Then, insert the connectors into the console
assembly. If necessary, remove the right accessory tray
(not shown) from the console assembly.
Next, connect the Upright Ground Wire (113) to the
ground wire extending from the console assembly. Make
sure that the wires are fully inserted into each other.
Then, insert the ground wires into the console assembly.
Reinsert the right accessory tray (not shown) into the con-
sole assembly if necessary.

Set the console assembly on the Uprights (20).
Make sure
that no wires are pinched. Finger tighten
a Console Bolt
(72) with a Star Washer (67) into the lower hole in the
right Upright. Repeat with the left Upright.
Next,
finger tighten
a Short Console Bolt (112) with a
Star Washer (67) into the upper hole in the right Upright
(20).
Be careful not to drop the Short Console Bolt
into the right Upright.
Repeat with the left Upright. Then,
firmly tighten the two Console Bolts (72) and the two Short
Console Bolts.
Insert an Upright Endcap (71) into the top of the right
Upright (20). (Note: Insert the end of the Upright Endcap
indicated by the arrow first; use a rubber mallet if neces-
sary.) Repeat with the left Upright.

Slide the two Upright Covers (75) onto the lower ends of
the Handrails (68, 70). Next, align the slots in the lower
ends of the Handrails with the holes in the Uprights (20)
as shown.
Do not drop the Handrails into the Uprights
or cut the indicated black tie.
Next, finger tighten four Handrail Bolts (66) with Star
Washers (67) into the Handrails (68, 70) and the Uprights
(20).
Make sure that the Handrails are centered in the
Uprights, and firmly tighten the four Handrail Bolts.
