If the speed or incline setting for the current segment is too high or too low, you can override the setting by pressing the Speed or Incline buttons; however, when the console compares your heart rate to the current target heart rate setting, the speed or incline of the treadmill may automatically change. To stop the program at any time, press the Stop button. To restart the program, press the Start button. The walking belt will begin to move at 1 mph. When the console compares your heart rate to the current target heart rate setting, the speed or incline of the treadmill may automatically change. If Heart Rate program 1 is selected, the program will continue until you stop it by pressing the Stop button. If Heart Rate program 2, 3, or 4 is selected, the program will continue until the small arrow reaches the right end of the graph.
