Drive mode Auto bracketing Useful when you are not sure what exposure or white balance settings are appropriate and you don't have time to take several test shots at different settings. AE bracketing The camera automatically shoots a number of pictures at different exposure values for each frame. Even in conditions where correct exposure is difficult to obtain (such as a backlit subject or a scene at dusk), you can pick the picture you prefer from a selected number of frames with a variety of different exposure 4 settings (exposure and compensation values). The pictures are taken in the following order: Picture with optimum exposure, picture adjusted in - direction, and picture adjusted in + direction. Example: When BKT is set to 1.0 Various shooting functions -1.0 ±0 +1.0 Compensation value : 0.3, 0.7 or 1.0 The exposure compensation values depend on the EV step interval setting that can be changed in the menu.
