ENGLISH Introduction Preparation Definition of terms DPOF (Digital Print Order Format) Recording format for automatic printing of digital camera data. Prints can easily be created from a media card at DPOF compatible photo shops or on printers by specifying the desired images, and number of copies. PictBridge A common standard used to connect a digital camera directly to a printer to print images. If the devices are PictBridge compatible, prints can be made using simple digital camera controls regardless of the device manufacturers. Various print options are available, such as automatic printing of DPOF specified images, index print, and image trimming. RGB The three colors comprising light: red (R), green (G) and blue (B). Colors are displayed on televisions and PC monitors using these three colors. YMC The three primary colors: cyan (C), magenta (M), and yellow (Y). Colors are printed using these three colors. The range of colors that can be displayed using YMC differs from the range of colors available using RGB. Definition of terms
DPOF (Digital Print Order Format)
Recording format for automatic printing of digital camera data. Prints
can easily be created from a media card at DPOF compatible photo
shops or on printers by specifying the desired images, and number of
copies.
PictBridge
A common standard used to connect a digital camera directly to a
printer to print images. If the devices are PictBridge compatible, prints
can be made using simple digital camera controls regardless of the
device manufacturers. Various print options are available, such as

RGB
The three colors comprising light: red (R), green (G) and blue (B).

YMC
