Operating Instructions • When the camera transmits a dark scene, the camera image may become white, or horizontal lines may be displayed on the screen. This is one of the characteristics of a CMOS sensor. This is not a malfunction. • To display the Single Camera page directly, add it to the [Favorites] on the web browser. • To view dark images, select [Enable] (default) at Color Night View on the Camera Setup page. The image will be brighter, but the refresh interval may increase and image quality may decrease in a dark place. (See page 50) • [For BL-C20A] The video (Motion JPEG) may stop because the wireless communication may be disconnected depending on the environment.
