English Troubleshooting Problem The power does not turn on. The power turns off during use. The charging indication/notification lamp turns off. The charging indication/notification lamp does not glow. The appliance can only be used for a few minutes after charging. 16 Possible cause The appliance has not been charged. The AC adaptor is connected. There is no power remaining in the battery. Appliance is clogged with facial cleanser. Too much facial cleanser or sticky facial cleanser or other inappropriate cleanser has been used. The appliance automatically turns off approximately 3 minutes after using the warm makeup removal mode and approximately 1 minute after using the brush cleansing or silicone brush cleansing modes. The appliance stops every 20 seconds when using to wash your face. (See page 13.) This lamp turns off after charging is complete. (See page 10.) The adaptor is not inserted into the household outlet correctly. The appliance plug is not firmly inserted into the socket. The battery has reached the end of its life. (approximately 3 years) (See page 18.) Action Charge the appliance. (See page 9.) Disconnect the AC adaptor before use. Charge the appliance. (See page 9.) Use warm water to clean and remove the cleanser. Clean and remove the cleanser and then try reducing the amount of facial cleanser. Correctly insert the adaptor into the household outlet. Firmly insert the appliance plug into the socket. Please contact the store where purchased. (Customers cannot replace the battery as doing so may cause malfunction.)
