Adjusting Manual Massage Settings Adjusting the Vertical Position of the Massage Heads • The massage heads will move a little each time the button is pressed. If you hold down the button, the massage heads will continue to move until you release the button. When the massage heads reach their limit you will hear a "peep, peep, peep" sound.
