" Troubleshooting Problem Cause and Remedy You cannot store a name and phone number in the phone book. ≥You cannot store an item in the phone book while the unit is in the talk mode. ≥Do not pause for over 60 seconds while storing. ≥Lift the handset off the base unit and try again. While programming or searching, the handset starts to ring and stops the program/search. ≥To answer the call, press [ /FLASH]. Start again from the beginning after hanging up. Problem
