Safety Precautions Please make sure to follow these instructions. CAUTION qqReplace the lid packing if it turns white, is scratched, or split. ( ) If the appliance is tilted or tipped over, hot water may spill out, which may cause burns. For replacement, consult the place of purchase or a Panasonic service center. qqPour out any remaining hot water from the spout. ( ) Pouring out from another location may result in water splashing, it may cause malfunction or burns. qqThe kettle is only to be used with the stand provided. Do not use power source other than the dedicated power base, or use the power base with any other equipment. (It may cause burns, malfunction or fire.) qqUnplug and allow the appliance to cool down fully before cleaning and storing. (It may cause burns.) qqPay attention to the appliance when it is in use. (It may cause fire.) ●●When leaving it, turn the power switch off. qqBeware when pouring hot water. Pour slowly, and do not over-tilt the appliance.
