Troubleshooting Information Codes When something unusual occurs, the display may show one of the Information Codes listed below. These will help you to identify and correct the problem. Info. Code Meaning Action page 001 Recording paper jammed when feeding from the 1st Remove the jammed paper. 144 cassette. 002 Recording paper jammed when feeding from the 2nd Remove the jammed paper. 144 cassette. 007 Recording paper did not completely exit from machine. Remove the Toner Cartridge and remove the 144 jammed paper. 010 No recording paper. Load the recording paper. 20 011 Recording Paper Cassette is not installed properly. Install the Recording Paper Cassette. -- 030 Document is misfeeding. 1. Reload the document properly. 43 2. Remove the document jam. 145 3. Adjust ADF. 148 031 Document paper is too long or jammed. 1. Reload the document properly. 43 Document length exceeds 2 meters. 2. Remove the document jam. 145 041 Out of toner.
