Making Copies Copies Your machine has a copy function for single or multiple copies. 1 Set document(s) face down. 2 ENTER STATION(S) THEN PRESS START 00% COPY NO. OF COPY=1 3 Enter the number of copies. Ex: 1 0 4 The machine stores the document, and then prints the copies. COPY NO. OF COPY=10 * STORE * NO.005 PAGES=001 01% * COPY * NO. OF COPY=01/10 Basic Operations NOTE 1. The copy will be reduced automatically depending on the length of the original document. If you wish to be prompted for the reduction ratio when making copies, change the setting of Fax Parameter No. 32 (COPY REDUCTION) to "MANUAL". (See page 37) If Copy Reduction is set to Manual, press and to set the zoom ratio in 1% steps. (100% to 70%) 2. If you made a copy with Super Fine resolution, it will be reduced slightly even if the reduction ratio is set to 100% in order to fit the data on one page. 3. You can change the Contrast and Resolution without Standard Resolution in Copy Mode. 4. If you experience a memory overflow error while making copies, you may make the Memory XMT feature to "INVALID" temporarily "INVALID" by pressing Function 8 9 Set 1 . However, the printed copies will not be collated. 75

Making Copies
Your machine has a copy function for single or multiple copies.
NOTE
1.
The copy will be reduced automatically depending on the length of the original document. If
you wish to be prompted for the reduction ratio when making copies, change the setting of Fax
Parameter No. 32 (COPY REDUCTION) to "MANUAL".

If Copy Reduction is set to Manual, press

If you made a copy with Super Fine resolution, it will be reduced slightly even if the reduction
