DTMF TONES To set the Key Tone length and touch tone playback speed: 1. Slide the phone up, press the Key [MENU], then press 9. Settings & Tools, 8. Call Settings, 6. DTMF Tones. 2. Select one of the following settings, then press the Key [SET]. • Normal: Sends out a tone for a fixed period of time even if you continue to press the key. • Long: Sends out a continuous tone for the duration the key is pressed and held. The setting of DTMFTones are changed to Normal in GSM. ASSISTED DIALING Assisted dialing allows easy dialing of international calls while roaming in another country. 1. Slide the phone up, press the Key [MENU], then press 9. Settings & Tools, 8. Call Settings, 7. Assisted Dialing. 2. Press the Directional Key left or right to select On or Off. To view the help for Assisted Dialing, press the Right Soft Key [Help]. 3. When you set Assisted Dialing to On, press the Directional Key down and then press the Left Soft Key [Set] to edit COUNTRIES. 4. Select the desired Country and press the the Left Soft Key [Details]. • Country Code: Populated based on Reference Country and MCC lookup table. • IDD Prefix: Populated based on Reference Country and MCC lookup table. • NDD Prefix: Populated based on Reference Country and MCC lookup table. • Area/City Code: Default is determined by first three digits of MDN. • National Number Length: Default is determined by MDN length. All of the attributes shall be editable and savable. There shall be an option to restore default attributes. 5. Press the Key [Save] to set Assisted Dialing. 108 MEMORY SAVE OPTIONS To select whether to save to Phone Memory or to Card Memory when saving files: 1. Slide the phone up, press the Key [MENU], then press 9. Settings & Tools, 01 9. Memory, 1. Save Options. 02 2. Select 1. Pictures, 2. Videos or 3. Sounds, then press the Key. 03 3. Select Phone Memory or Card Memory, then press the Key. 04 PHONE MEMORY Allows you to manage the memory usage for pictures, videos, ringtones, music, sounds 05 and contacts on your Phone Memory. 06 PHONE MEMORY USAGE To check the available Phone Memory capacity, used capacity and total capacity: 07 1. DELETING AND MOVING FILES To delete files stored in Phone Memory or to move files from Phone Memory to Card Memory: 1. Slide the phone up, press the Key [MENU], then press 9. Settings & Tools, 9. Memory, 2. Phone Memory. 2. Press the Directional Key up or down to select 2. My Pictures, 3. My Videos, 4. My Ringtones, 5. My Music, 6. My Sounds or 7. My Contacts then press the Key. 3.
