There are nine available modes in Picture mode. H Landscape Lets you capture the natural colors of landscape views. 4 I Flower Lets you take brightly colored flower pictures. Portrait Lets you take portraits with spatial effect, by emphasizing the person. x Candlelight Ideal for capturing a candlelit atmosphere. L Surf & Snow Lets you take photos against dazzling backgrounds like beaches or snow-covered mountains. Sport Lets you take clear pictures of moving subjects with a high shutter speed. E Pet Lets you take clear pictures of pets to fit the hair color. Text Lets you take clear pictures of text or writing. Also lets you turn colored text black/white or reverse color. K Food Lets you take appetizing pictures of prepared food. 1 Press the four-way controller (3) in Capture mode. Program The Mode Palette appears. 2 Use the four-way controller (2345) to choose the desired mode. For example, select H (Landscape mode). MENU OK OK 3 Press the OK button. 4 Press the shutter release button Landscape halfway. Taking Pictures

You can select the Picture mode according to the shooting scene. There
are nine available modes in Picture mode.

Press the four-way controller (

The Mode Palette appears.
