As the type of fabric, thread quality and needle size vary and can greatly influence the seam quality, the setting of the thread tensions may require slight adjustments. Changing the tension settings is described on page 43. Tip Always sew off a test seam on a piece of scrap fabric and check the thread loops. Adjust the thread tension if necessary (see pages 49 - 62). 45
