Check these items No picture, the LCD Monitor TV is not working q Check connection integrity at both ends of the video cable and/or power cord. q Electric outlet verification q Ensure AC power at the rear of the monitor TV is switched on. No Video/ Power LED on No picture or no brightness q Increase brightness and contrast controls. q Perform the LCD Monitor TV self-test feature check. q Check for bent or broken pins in video cable connector.
