Cleaning the filter 1 Take out the filter and the filter support from the reservoir (fig. o). 2 Remove the filter from the filter support (fig. v). 3 Soak the filter in tap water for one hour (fig. w). 4 Rinse the filter under a slowly running tap water. (fig. x). 5 Let excess water drip off the filter. 6 Assemble the filter around the filter support (fig. e). 7 Put the filter and the filter support back into the reservoir (fig. f). 8 Put the upper unit back onto the reservoir (fig. h). Note • Do not squeeze or wring the filter. This might damage the filter and impact the humidifier's performance. • Do not dry the filter under direct sunlight. 6 End of season maintenance and storage 1 Follow the Removing scale and Disinfecting the reservoir cleaning instructions. 2 Remove and throw away the filter. 3 Let the inside of the humidifier dry completely before storing.
