7 Replacing the filter Replace the filter every three months for optimal performance. Note • Use only Philips original wick filter HU4102. • Always unplug the humidifier before you replace the filter. Tip • Register your product at www.philips. com for further information on how to replace your filter. 1 Remove the filter and the filter support from the reservoir (fig. o). 2 Remove the filter from the filter support. Discard the used filter (fig. y). 3 Remove the packaging material from the new filter (fig. d). 4 Assemble the new filter around the filter support (fig. e). 5 Put the filter and the filter support back into the reservoir (fig. f). 6 Put the upper unit back onto the reservoir (fig. h).
