Alert type You can set different alert types. The available alert options include: On time, 5 min. before, 10 min. before, 1 hour before, 1 day before, 1 week before, No reminder. If No reminder is selected, the phone will not emit any alert when the event is due to occur. However, the event will remain in the events list for review. Repeat method You can set the repeat method of your events. The available repeat options include: Once, Every day, Every week, Every month, Every year. View You can view the events list for the current week or current month via the options menu of the weekly or monthly calendar. You can also view all the events list. Delete all You can clear all events at once (passed events and upcoming events) via the options menu of the weekly or monthly calendar. Delete passed You can clear all passed events via the options menu of the weekly or monthly calendar. Capacity You can view the capacity status, number of events stored, total events allowed and percentage used via the options menu of the weekly or monthly calendar. Important notes: When you switch off the phone Note: If the phone is switched off, you will only be notified of the event when you switch on the phone. For repeated events, only the last event will be notified. When you change the date and time of your mobile phone, the following rules will apply: • Only the last event will be considered and you can operate the event as per normal. • Non-repeated events will not be modified. Hence, if a certain event has already passed and you have changed the date and time prior to the day that the event has occurred, the phone will emit the alert again. Important notes:
When you switch off the phone
Note: If the phone is switched off, you will only be
