Choosing the Language Specify in which language menus and messages are to be displayed on the LCD monitor. 1. Press the MENU button. 2. Select [Setup] menu with the button. Setup 3. Select [Language] with the ▼ buttons, and press the SHUTTER button. ■ The Language setting screen will be displayed. Format Beep sound Next On 4. Select the display language with the buttons, and press Language English the SHUTTER button. Auto Power off 5 Minutes ■ The setting will be stored. Default Next Exit: Set:OK ■ To exit from any menu selection, press the button. Formatting the Memory Card or Internal Memory This utility formats the internal memory (or memory card) and erases all stored images and data. 1. Press the MENU button. 2. Select [Setup] menu with the button. 3. Select [Format] with the ▼ buttons, and press the SHUTTER button. 4. Select Internal Memory or SD card with the ▲ / ▼ buttons, and press the SHUTTER button. 5. Select [OK ] with the ▲ / ▼ buttons, and press the SHUTTER button. ■ To cancel formatting, select [Cancel] and press the SHUTTER button.
