6. Hold a Bolt Spacer (82) inside the lower end of the Left Upright (78). Insert a 3/8" x 4" Bolt (4) 6 4 with a 3/8" Star Washer (8) into the Left Upright and the Bolt Spacer. Repeat this step with a second Bolt Spacer (82), 3/8" x 4" Bolt (4), 78 and 3/8" Star Washer (8). 8 Hold the Left Upright Spacer (81) and the Left Upright (78) against the Base (84). Tighten the 81 3/8" x 4" Bolts (4) until the heads of the Bolts 82 touch the Left Upright; do not fully tighten the Bolts yet. Press a Base Cap (80) into the Base (84). 82 80 84 With the help of a second person, tip the treadmill so that the Base (84) is flat on the floor. 7. Have a second person hold the handrail assembly near the Right Upright (77) and the Left Upright (78). Connect the Wire Harness (87) to the console wire. See the inset drawing. The connectors should slide together easily and snap into place. If they do not, turn one connector and try again. IF THE CONNECTORS ARE NOT CONNECTED PROPERLY, THE CONSOLE MAY BE DAMAGED WHEN THE POWER IS TURNED ON. Remove the wire tie from the Wire Harness (87).
