Streaming settings (Menu 4.8) Use this menu to select a connection profile to be used for accessing your service provider's streaming service. This menu may not be shown depending on your service provider. You can also create or edit a profile.p. 96 Messages (Menu 5) Use the Messages menu to send and receive text messages, multimedia messages, and e-mails. You can also access push messages and cell broadcast messages. To access this menu, press in Idle mode and select Messages. Create message (Menu 5.1) Use this menu to create and send messages. Text message (Menu 5.1.1) Short Message Service (SMS) allows you to send or receive text messages that may include simple pictures, animated images, and melodies. Creating and sending an SMS message 1. Enter your message and press [ ]. • The maximum number of characters allowed in a message varies by service provider. If your message exceeds the maximum number of characters, the phone will split the message. • You can use various options by pressing . next section 2. Enter a destination number. To send the message to more than one recipient, fill in additional destination fields. 3. Press [ ] to send the message.
