Important notes ƈ Under certain conditions, static electricity can cause the flash unit to fire. This is not harmful to the camera and is not a malfunction. ƈ When images are uploaded or downloaded (when the charger and USB cable are inserted into the cradle (optional) at the same time), the data transfer may be affected by static electricity. In this case, disconnect and re-connect the USB cable before trying the transfer again. ƈ Before an important event or going on a trip, you should check the camera condition. - Take a picture to test the camera's condition, and prepare spare batteries. - Samsung cannot be held responsible for camera malfunctions. Warning indicator ƈ There are several warnings that may appear on the LCD display Card Error! ҮMemory card error ƍ Turn off the camera power and turn it on again ƍ Insert the memory card again ƍ Insert the memory card and format the memory card. (p.54) Card Locked! ҮThe memory card is locked ƍ SD memory card : Slide the write protect switch to the top of the memory card Memory Full! ҮThere is insufficient memory capacity to take an image ƍ Insert a new memory card ƍ Delete unnecessary image files to free up some memory No Image! ҮThere are no images stored on the memory ƍ Take images ƍ Insert a memory card that is holding some images File Error! ҮFile error ƍ Format the memory card ҮMemory card error ƍ Contact a camera service centre Low Battery! ҮThere is low battery capacity ƍ Insert fresh batteries. Low Light! ҮWhen taking pictures in dark places ƍ Take pictures in Flash Photography mode.
