CONVECTION BAKING 7 7 6 6 5 5 4 4 3 3 2 2 1 1 By using the convection bake feature, you will be able to cook faster. You can program the oven for convection baking at any temperature between 175 °F and 550 °F. When operating in twin mode, you can program the oven for convection baking at any temperature between 175 °F and 480 °F. This improved heat distribution allows for even cooking and excellent results using multiple racks at the same time. Foods cooked on a single oven rack will generally cook faster and more evenly with convection baking. Multiple oven rack cooking may slightly increase cook times for some foods, but the overall result is time saved. Breads and pastries brown more evenly. 45_ operating the oven 130513_(IB_Best)NE58F9710WS_DG68-00506A_EN.indd 45 13/05/2013 08:27:08
